Why do people make such a fuss when girls wear "slutty" clothes, when many females wears less material at the beach?

What do you males think? Do you males think it’s more"sexual" to wear a bra and underwear in public JUST because of the material it’s made of, even though it shows the same amount of skin???? lol!

Our culture has some really odd views on what "slutty" is!! I wonder who made this stuff up! When you show your cleavage and bottom legs at the beach, you are aren’t slutty. But when you show your cleavage and bottom legs in the store, you are slutty!!

This never made sense to me, so I want to see if males see a "huge" difference.
